Quick Freezing terbagi kedalam 3 jenis diantaranya Quick Freezing, Rapid, Freezing dan Ultra Rapid Freezing. Mari kita pelajari perbedaannya.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Quick freezing, dengan laju pergerakan permukaan beku sekitar 0.5-3 cm\/jam. Quick frezing bisa dilakukan dengan menggunakan air blast dan plate freezers. Rapid freezing, dengan laju pergerakan permukaan beku sekitar 5-10 cm\/jam. Rapid freezing bisa dicapai dengan menggunakan fluidized bed freezing.
